Compensation of up to 100% of the single social contribution for employing the unemployed

Participation is limited to employers that operate in the service or manufacturing industries. Entities that do not meet the small business classification criteria cannot participate in this scheme.

Conditions and requirements

Applicants are required to create a new job and fill it with a worker officially registered with the employment center. Fulfilling both conditions is necessary to trigger the compensation mechanism.

Practical tip. Verify your social tax records and settle any outstanding obligations prior to application submission. The donor requires a verified absence of debt on single social contribution payments, and any existing arrears will prevent approval.

How to apply

Applications must be filed directly with the territorial employment center. The business must enter into an official agreement with the employment center to formalize the support terms.

The required submission package consists of the formal application, internal hiring orders confirming employment for the new position, and official reporting documentation on ЄСВ payments. Further procedural details are determined by the employment center.
