No. GetGrant is a paid service, and the entry point is Starter: your first month for €5 with the same pages as Professional. It includes 10 grant unlocks, 10 partner unlocks and 50 searches a week; the donor database opens from Professional. From month two the subscription moves to Professional on its own, and you can cancel before the next charge.

First name, last name, email, password, organisation type and name, and country. Or sign in with Google or LinkedIn. No documents or verification.

After signing up and filling in a short profile you choose a plan: Starter, Professional or Expert. The dashboard opens right after payment.

Because the service has no free period: a new account first picks a plan and pays, and only then gets into the dashboard. This is normal, not an error. Choose Starter for €5 if you want to start small, or Professional or Expert if you already know what you need.

If you have paid before, your access is kept; if your subscription has ended, your opened grants and partners stay visible and you can renew at any time.

On the sign-in page click “Forgot password”, enter your account email and follow the link in the message. If the email does not arrive, check the Spam and Promotions folders.

The most common reasons: the subscription has ended or has not been paid yet, there is a typo in the email or password, or the account was created another way (for example, with Google). If nothing helps, write to support@getgrant.ua from your account email.

Starter is the first month of a subscription for €5. You get the same sections and tools as Professional, with a smaller allowance: 10 grant unlocks, 10 partner unlocks and 50 searches a week. The donor and fund database is the one section Starter does not include.

Professional gives 50 grant and 50 partner unlocks a month, unlimited searches and the donor database. Starter is available once, and only to accounts that have not paid for a subscription before.

From month two the subscription moves to Professional on its own: €17 a month is charged to the same card, and the allowance grows to the Professional level. You get an email reminder before the charge.

If the service is not for you, cancel the subscription in your dashboard (Billing) before the next charge: access stays until the end of the paid month and nothing more is taken. If you want more right away, you can move to Professional or Expert without waiting for the month to end.

Professional is grant and partner search for everyday work: AI matching, 50 grant and 50 partner unlocks a month, unlimited AI fit analysis, 10 “Grant for your goal” requests a month, the donor database, the deadline calendar, saved searches and the AI connector for ChatGPT and Claude.

Expert is all of that plus 200 grant and 200 partner unlocks, unlimited “Grant for your goal”, AI search for researchers with contacts, the Consortium Builder for Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ calls, the Tenders section (Prozorro and the EU TED), an AI review of your draft application (5), workspaces, auto-search emails and a deadline digest. Starter is €5 for the first month. Professional is €17 a month, Expert is €36 a month (750 ₴ and 1 600 ₴ when paying in hryvnias). Paying for a year saves 20%: €163 and €346. Current prices are always on the pricing page.

Yes. You can move up to Professional or Expert at any time in your dashboard (Billing): the new plan starts right away and the price is recalculated for the remaining days. Moving down to a cheaper plan takes effect from the next billing period. Starter moves to Professional on its own after the first month.

By card via LiqPay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Prices are shown in hryvnias for Ukraine and in euros for other countries; the amount you see on the pricing page is exactly what is charged, with no bank conversion. Organisations can get an invoice: send the organisation name, registration code and email to support@getgrant.ua. After payment you receive an invoice and a certificate of completion in PDF.

Yes, at any time in your dashboard settings, no questions asked. Access stays until the end of the paid period and there is no next charge. Starter is cancelled the same way: do it before the end of the first month and there is no move to Professional.

No. Payment gives you access for the whole paid period (a month or a year) under the public offer in the Terms of Use, so the money for that period, including unused days, is not refunded.

Yes, as part of the corporate subscription: one account for the team with everything from Expert, onboarding and documents for accounting. Terms and price are agreed for the size of your team. Send a request through the “Corporate subscription” form on the pricing page.

Our parsers go through 182 sources every day: foundation websites, government portals and grant databases from 20 countries. An editor checks every new record before it is published. You always apply directly on the funder’s website.

Daily. The date of the last update is shown on the Grants and funding page and on the donors map.

The system reads your profile (organisation type, field, geography, budget) and compares it with the content of active calls, not just keywords. Each grant gets a match score, and the grant card shows which requirements you already meet and what is worth strengthening.

Accuracy depends on how complete your profile is. The profile readiness indicator in your dashboard shows which data is missing. The model keeps learning from user feedback.

Yes, on the Expert plan. The Tenders section collects public procurement from Prozorro (Ukraine) and TED (the EU) and matches it to your profile the same way grants are matched: a fit score, deadlines and a direct link to the procurement notice. It suits organisations that earn from services and research contracts, not only from grants. The section is updated every night. It is part of Expert and is not sold separately.

Manual grant matching, donor analysis, a consultation with a Horizon Europe expert, application writing, project audit and corporate training. There are also two ready-made PDF guides sold without a subscription: the “Funding Atlas” on 182 donors and the “Business Funding Map” on 52 programmes for businesses. No. The decision is made by the donor. We are responsible for the quality of matching and preparation: eligibility, a clear budget and strong arguments.

All payments go through LiqPay (PCI DSS, Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode). We do not see or store your card details.
