Grant of up to UAH 1.1 million for equipment for Zaporizhzhia entrepreneurs

The Zaporizhzhia City Council, in partnership with the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine, has launched a grant competition aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs. The program provides targeted in-kind financial assistance to help businesses sustain and modernize their operations during challenging conditions.

Under this initiative, selected applicants can receive equipment worth up to UAH 1.1 million. The call is open to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered or operating within the city of Zaporizhzhia, with applications accepted through October 6, 2026.

What is funded

The primary purpose of the grant is to supply businesses with necessary machinery and technical assets rather than direct cash transfers. Support is provided in the form of tangible equipment tailored to the operational needs of the recipient enterprise.

Eligible funding covers the acquisition of production machinery and electronic equipment essential for commercial activities. The total value of the requested equipment may reach up to UAH 1.1 million per successful participant.

Who can apply

Applications are accepted from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, including both registered legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Applicants must maintain official business registration or conduct their primary economic activities within the territorial boundaries of Zaporizhzhia.

Candidates must demonstrate a verified need for production or electronic equipment to maintain or expand their operations. The program is designed for enterprises seeking to stabilize their capacity and continue functioning locally.

Conditions and requirements

Beneficiaries must adhere to the reporting standards set by the program administrators. Recipients are required to submit proper documentation verifying the utilization, installation, and deployment of the received equipment in accordance with their proposal.

Applicants must also prepare official commercial offers from equipment suppliers to justify the requested budget limit. All costs must remain within the maximum ceiling of UAH 1.1 million.

How to apply

To enter the selection process, participants must fill out the official competition application form. In addition to the form, applicants are required to attach an official extract of business registration and commercial offers corresponding to the selected equipment.

Practical tip. Ensure that commercial offers from suppliers are obtained well in advance and contain clear technical specifications, prices, and availability dates, as these details validate your budget and prevent delays during the application review stage.
