25% compensation for Ukrainian machinery, up to 40% for frontline farms

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine provides state compensation for the acquisition of domestic agricultural equipment under the Made in Ukraine initiative. The programme is designed to lower capital costs for agricultural producers while stimulating the domestic manufacturing sector.

Eligible producers can receive compensation covering 25% of the cost of Ukrainian-manufactured machinery, which increases to 40% for farms operating in frontline zones. The financial cap is set at 86 million UAH per single buyer in 2026.

For machinery purchased throughout the standard year, applications must be submitted by December 10, 2026. Transactions concluded between December 10 and December 31 must be submitted by April 1 of the following year.

What is funded

The call provides financial compensation for purchasing machinery and equipment manufactured in Ukraine. To be eligible for reimbursement, the acquired machinery must be officially included in the register approved by the Ministry of Economy.

The standard reimbursement covers 25% of the machinery cost. Agricultural producers with more than 80% of their land located in active combat zones can claim up to 40% compensation. Total compensation across all claims cannot exceed 86 million UAH per buyer in 2026.

Who can apply

Participation is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual entrepreneurs operating in the Ukrainian agricultural sector. Applicants must generate at least 75% of their total revenue from agricultural production.

Candidates must be officially registered in the State Agrarian Register (DAR). Additionally, applicants must have no outstanding tax debts and must not be subject to any active legal sanctions.

Conditions and requirements

There is no limitation on the number of reimbursement applications an agricultural producer can submit within a single year. However, all claims remain subject to the maximum cumulative limit of 86 million UAH per buyer for 2026.

Eligible purchases are strictly limited to equipment produced by Ukrainian manufacturers included in the Ministry of Economy’s approved list. The donor does not specify compensation options for equipment outside this official list.

How to apply

Practical tip. Verify that your enterprise profile in the State Agrarian Register is up to date and that no tax arrears exist prior to making a purchase, as any administrative discrepancy or tax debt results in ineligibility. You should also verify that the specific machinery model is formally listed in the Ministry of Economy register before executing the transaction.

Applications for equipment purchased during the calendar year must be submitted no later than December 10, 2026. For machinery acquired between December 10 and December 31, applications must be submitted by April 1 of the subsequent year.
